This cartoon reminds me of the story about the last time the ambulance company came out to our house to help me. It reminds me of the part of the conversation when the 911 operator asks Lamar if we had a defibrillator at the house.
I am sure that is an appropriate and good question. It's just that if we had a defibrillator at the house wouldn't we have someone skilled to use it and if we did, would I want to pay for the ambulance ride?

Yes, probably.
